Located at Zhuhai, we have nearly 14 years experience in helmet making. We are producing 4 million pieces of helmets each year, and the peak production capacity is 6 million pieces each year. We have extensive connection with customers both at home and abroad. The products cover bicycle helmets, motorcycle helmets, sports helmets, skating helmets, equitation helmets, ice hockey helmets, skiing helmets and many other sports helmets. We also produce police helmets and construction helmets. Golex owns 22,000 square meters of workshop, and has 8 main workshops, including expansion of EPS, injection, fiberglass-reinforced plastics, PVC forming, painting, silkscreen, pad and assemblage. Moreover, Golex owns full set of producing facilities, such as EPS forming machines, PVC vacuum forming machines, silk-screen machines, and ABS injection machines. We produce the main parts of helmet, such as EPS and ABS by ourselves. We are using directly imported raw materials to ensure the preponderance of product quality. It is one of the few helmet-making manufacturers in China that have mature workshops. We also own full set of test equipment in our test laboratary. The equipment joint the international level. Many products get international approvals, sucn as SNELL, CPSC, DOT, ASTM and CE.
